Mapping
KettyBot is mapped directly on the robot and the robot provides instructions on how to do so. Refer to the appropriate training videos for more detailed information.
When the robot is newly activated, the option is given to create a new map. To create a new map on an already installed robot, enter the Settings Menu, choose Map Settings, and then “Edit Map”. You will be required to enter a verification code. That code is available in Pudu Cloud in the information about the store that robot is bound to.

Maintenance
Cleaning: Ensure that the robot's exterior and sensors are free from dust and debris. Use a soft cloth and just a few drops of dish soap. Rubbing alcohol can be used to clean oil-based or greasy spots on the robot. Clean off the RGBD and LIDAR sensors with a clean and dry soft cloth.
Software Updates: Regularly update the software to ensure the robot is running the latest version, which includes performance improvements and security patches.
Battery Care: Charge the robot at least once a week to maintain battery health. If the robot is not going to be used for more than a week, turn the key off.
Wheels: Periodically check the wheels and remove built up hair and debris from the casters and the motor wheels.
