Jacob Fisher, General Manager

A firm believer in the power of robotics, Jacob spent multiple years working with 2 robotics companies, most recently at the RobotLAB HQ, where he ensured success for clients implementing robots.  He joined the Las Vegas team in 2024 to head up our office.

Tom LaPlante, Partner

After many years of technology leadership, Tom shifted his sights to RobotLAB.  He was previously the CTO of Top Golf and held various technology leadership roles, including at Caesar’s Entertainment, Holiday Inn and more.

Ketan Vaidya, Partner

Ketan has led transformations and businesses in multiple Fortune 500 companies, latest as the President of Chubb Small Business.  He sees robotics as a way to transform businesses and solve challenges they face with staffing, customer experience, scalability, and more.

Jim Winans, Implementation & Service Engineer
